  • 1 General:

You must read these terms and conditions carefully and understand them before accessing or using the Site. By placing an order to purchase a product on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Any troubles understanding the text or meaning in these Terms and Conditions, feel free to Contact Us. Your access to and use of an order from the Site is strictly subject to these terms and conditions.

(a) The actual colours of products may vary from the picture, please ask for more pictures if you need for clarification.

  • 2 Adhering to these Terms and Conditions:

By enrolling on the site to purchase products you agree to these terms and conditions. By registering at Super Discount and by placing an order from Super Discount you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • 3 Registration Process:

(a) Before placing an order, you must first complete the registration process on the site. Our Privacy Policy (to be linked to the Privacy Policy page) will be applied to any of the information you provide to us. Updating, editing or deleting your account is permitted by the site and users should only have one (1), non transferable active account. You agree that you are responsible for assuring that you agree with these rules and policies that apply to your email address, whether it’d be a work email address.

(b) You can also select Guest Checkout option if you don’t want to register. In Guest checkout you only provide shipping information.

  • 4 Acceptance or rejection by us of your order:

Your order can be cancelled or rejected by us for any reason, especially if the requested product is not available, or if the price or product description on the site is flawed, or contains any error. Separate contracts must be agreed to when placing orders through the Site. Products will be supplied in that order to you in accordance with these terms and conditions. If an order placed through the site is rejected, you will be notify through Email or by Call; at the time you place the order or shortly after the orders are placed.

(a) You can also select Guest Checkout option if you don’t want to register. In Guest checkout you only provide shipping information.


(b) Orders in Flash Sale: Due to huge demand and high sales volume, order may be subjected to cancellation if stock is over sold, we recommend that customers confirm the stock availability with the online agents or via e-mail to avoid any inconvenience afterwards. As products are limited in sale and sell fast, it would be best to ask us for up-to-date stock figures. Izzz will hold the right to accept or reject any order at any time without any explanation.


  • 5 Delivery of Products:

Products leave our warehouse in 3 to 21 working days when we receive complete payments and delivery time may vary depending on the customers’ area and states (the time frames mentioned may vary depending on any unforeseen reasons or issues but we’ll keep you posted in such cases). Deliveries will take place during business days i.e. Mondays to Fridays with the exception of public holidays. Possible delays in the delivery may occur due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If a delay occurs, kindly contact our Customer Service. We deliver products through Australia Post, Products delivery to the front door at the address you mentioned when placing order. If no-one is available to receive the delivery of your order, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick up your order from your local Post Office.

  • 6 Cancellation of an order:

Cancellations of any order may take place at any time if:
(a) The products you’ve requested are out of stock.
(b) The price or description of the product mentioned on the site is incorrect.
(c) An order is placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
(d) A fee amounting to the 20% of order amount will be deducted if order is cancelled due to change of mind after being processed. And if the parcel is already posted to you then, shiping fee will be also reimbursed.

If you have not participated in an illegal activity that directly or indirectly breaches these terms and conditions, you will be charged accordingly. However, orders cancelled due to reasonable reasons will not be charged by the customer.

  • 7 Fees and charges:

We will, however, charge our customers on the following situations.
(a) The mentioned cost of the product on the site.
(b) Any delivery fees regarding your order.

Just like in supermarkets and other online stores, prices on products vary over time and no notice is provided to the customers, the same applies for our site. According to these terms and conditions, once an order is placed and accepted by us, the prices of the respective products will not be changed or altered in anyway by us.

  • 8 Payment methods and Processing:

We accept the following payment methods:
(i) Visa
(ii) MasterCard
(iii) PayPal
(iv) Pay Offline (Transfer through bank account)
Only on acquiring all the necessary information will the payment process begin. If you place an order on a weekend or Public Holiday, it will not be processed till the next business days, which are Monday to Friday. You will receive a tax invoice via email for Credit, Debit and PayPal payments. Orders must be paid in Australian dollars, within 5 days of your order confirmation.
For credit card payments you can use Eway on our site. Eway is secured gateway for credit card payments. You can also pay through PayPal with your credit card.
Please note:
(a) Credit Cards issued by banks apart from Australia are not accepted by us.
(b) A delay in the processing of your order may take place due to the daily spending limit many debit and cheque cards have.
(c) If a credit card payment is not successful, we will cancel your order and notify you of the dishonor.

  • 9 Substitution or missing items in delivery:

We will notify you of any product that is out of stock or temporarily unavailable from the products you ordered.
The items missing from a package will be marked on the packing slip as out of stock and we will provide you with a choice of either a possible refund or delivery when in stock.
You must contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery time during business hours, and ask regarding the missing items. Upon confirming about the missing item, we will (at your consent):
(i) Delivery only applicable when items are in stock.
(ii) Give refunds on the respective missing item.

  • 10 Refunds Policy:

Contact our Customer Service, within 24 hours of the delivery, if an item arrives damaged or broken. Refunds and replacements may be given in place of the damaged items. We may request a photo of the damaged/broken item, and the invoice issued to you for your order. The same applies to an item that is defective or not of acceptable quality. For change of mind refunds, all postage costs to be paid by the customer. The returned goods must be packed in their original packing and ready to resell. We reserve the right to deduct charges if product is not properly packed. In the case of refunds, the applicable amount will be refunded within 3-5 working days in any of the following ways:

(i) To customer’s Pay Pal account if original payment is made by using Paypal facility

(ii) To customer’s Bank account if original payment is made by bank transfer

(iii) To customer’s Credit Card if customer paid by using credit cards

We do not issue cheques or any other instruments.

  • 11 Your obligations:

(a) Must secure your account ID and password which is used to access the Site.
(b) Must inform us if you become aware that there’s been unauthorized use or a breach in your account.
(c) Will be held responsible for any person who uses your account order Product(s) through the Site;
(d) Are to check the labels on products before using them.

  • 12 General restrictions:

You must not:
(a) Breach any laws used by the Site.
(b) Use the Site in a manner or way, which interferes with other users, threatens, harasses, or offends any person.
(c) Try to make fraudulent purchases or requests on the Site.
(d) Use details of other people or users without their proper consent.
(e) Post any indecent, obscene or pornographic material or any other material which may cause civil or criminal proceedings.
(f) Tamper or mess with the structure and working of the site.
(g) Transmit any viruses, defects or Trojan horses or other disabling or malicious code to the Site on purpose.
(h) Retrieve or index anything on the site via robots, spiders, site search etc.
(i) Tamper with other copyrights or trademarks contained in or on the Site.
(k) Make accounts for fraudulent transactions.
(l) Use the site besides any other way than the terms and conditions listed.
(m) Permit or engage yourself in any of the actions listed above.

  • 13 Termination:

The Site has full authority over this agreement and may terminate at any time.We may also suspend, delete or grant limited access to this site if any of these terms and conditions are breached.
(a) The breach is not repaired.
(b) Within 10 days of our notice of a particular breach, you fail to repair it back. The user can stop using the Site at any
time and for any reason.

  • 14 Our intellectual property rights:

You are bound to agree the copyrights of the site, including its software, design, text and graphics are owned by us and
you cannot copy, adapt, sell, reproduce or distribute in any way without our prior written consent.You may store a copy of the content of this Site on your personal computer for viewing purposes only. Use of our brand name, our logo, without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

  • 15 Changes to our terms and conditions:

Modifications or changes can be implemented at any time by the site. If you continue the use of this site after the changes in the Terms and Conditions page, you agree to the changes in them.
