Fast Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 days after we have received your order.

Occasionally we may encounter a small delay in dispatch, this occurs when stock is in short supply or we are awaiting supplier deliveries.

A Home and Style employee will contact you if we encounter any delays.

Shipping

  • Flat rate varies with the product to be shipped and post code.
  • International orders cannot be processed at this time.

Delivery times

We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers to deliver our parcels.
On average, deliveries usually arrive within:

  • 4-7 business days (VIC and NSW)
  • 7-9 business days (TAS, SA and QLD)
  • 9-12 business days (WA and NT)

Please note that bulky items that cannot fit inside your letter box will not be delivered if no one is home. You will receive a card to collect at your local post office during business hours. To ensure you are present to collect your parcel, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address.

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Gift cards are not accepted at this time.

Tax Invoice/Receipt

Once your order is complete, we will send you an email communication with a Tax Invoice attached. Please retain this invoice as your proof of purchase.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

Here at Home and Style, we pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction.

Please read the following terms & conditions regarding our exchange & return policy very carefully. Upon your purchase, you will be asked to confirm that you agree with these terms & conditions.

EXCHANGES;
We will happily exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase providing:

  • you have proof of purchase;
  • the item has not been opened;
  • the item is in saleable condition;

Kindly note that management reserves the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to.

 

ONLINE EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be returned by post at the purchaser’s expense to our Factory Outlet address for inspection. We will then inspect the item to confirm that it meets our Exchange policy. Once your exchange has been approved we will provide you with a special coupon to use on our online store in case of change of mind or will provide you with a refund if the item is found to be faulty.
